Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing any product from Just TNPSC Academy. By completing your purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Nature of the Product

Just TNPSC Academy sells digital educational materials — specifically, Subject-wise Previous Year Question (PYQ) collections in PDF format, delivered via Google Drive. These are curated, compiled, and formatted compilations of official TNPSC examination questions with official final answer keys.

The product is a digital PDF collection, not a physical book.
Access is provided via a shared Google Drive link.
Access is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
The product covers questions from 2020 to 2026 across 10 subjects.

2. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Just TNPSC Academy — including the formatting, organization, curation, and layout of the PYQ collections — is our intellectual property. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content for your individual exam preparation.

You may not:

Copy, share, redistribute, or resell any part of the materials
Upload the content to any public platform or group
Create derivative products based on our materials
Share your Google Drive access link with others

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other supported methods. By purchasing, you authorize the applicable payment to be processed.

4. Delivery

Access to your purchased PYQ collection is delivered:

Via a Google Drive link sent to your registered email/WhatsApp
Typically within 24 hours of confirmed payment

5. Accuracy of Content

Our PYQ collections are compiled from official TNPSC question papers with official final answer keys. While we take great care in ensuring accuracy, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of errors. If you discover any inaccuracies, please report them to us and we will correct them in the next update.

6. Updates

Purchasers receive 1 year of free updates. New exams conducted during your access period will be added to the relevant subject collections. Updates are notified via our Telegram channel.

7. Limitation of Liability

Just TNPSC Academy's liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. We are not liable for:

Exam outcomes or results
Technical issues on third-party platforms (Google Drive, Razorpay)
Changes in TNPSC exam patterns or syllabus

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu.
