⚠️ All sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds once Google Drive access has been delivered.

1. Why We Have a No-Refund Policy

Our products are digital PDF collections delivered instantly via Google Drive. Because digital goods are delivered immediately and cannot be "returned" once accessed, we follow a standard no-refund policy that is common for all digital educational products.

This policy exists because:

Once a Google Drive link is shared, the content is accessible and cannot be "un-delivered"
Digital products cannot be returned like physical goods
The content has been created through significant investment in research and compilation

2. What We Encourage Before Purchase

We strongly encourage you to make an informed purchase decision. We provide:

Detailed product descriptions — including exact question counts, exam years covered, and subject breakdown

3. Exceptions — When We Will Assist You

✅ If you did not receive access within 24 hours of payment, we will resolve this immediately at no extra cost.

We will provide a resolution (re-sending access or correcting the issue) in the following cases:

You paid successfully but never received the Google Drive access link
The Google Drive link we provided is broken, expired, or inaccessible
You were charged twice for the same order

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before payment is confirmed. Once payment is confirmed and the access link has been delivered (or queued for delivery), cancellation is not possible.
